How many photos will I receive?
Each package includes a guaranteed range of edited images as listed. The final selection is curated to ensure the strongest visuals are delivered without unnecessary duplicates.
How are files delivered?
All final images and videos are delivered digitally via an online gallery or secure download link. No physical products are provided.
Do you provide raw or unedited files?
Only final, edited images are delivered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the project.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on project scope. Expedited 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on when scheduling allows.
Do you offer wedding photography or videography?
Wedding coverage is not offered.
Do you travel outside the local area?
Yes. Projects located beyond a 50-mile radius of Harker Heights, TX are subject to a mileage fee of $0.65 per mile.
Can packages be customized?
Yes. Custom packages are available based on project scope and deliverables. All pricing is provided upfront prior to booking.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment.
How do I apply the veteran or first responder discount?
Please mention your status when booking. Verification is requested prior to the scheduled service date.
